Description

To handle Intercompany activities for Europe
Support for iERP launch and bring improvement to the current process.



Responsibilities
  • Prepare Intercompany AR statement and send for balance confirmations.
  • Aged items analysis and followup for clearance.
  • Prepare Intercompany account reconciliation in blackline.
  • Complete Intercompany Imbalance analysis and process accrual journal to match with receivable location
  • Preparation of subledger and complete Intercompany settlement.
  • Prepare one metrics and other reports management review.
  • Support for PWC and other Internal audits and controls.
  • Support launch / stabilization of IERP


Qualifications
  • CA/CMA/CS Inter or MBA
  • Good knowledge with MS Office tools and exposure to automation tools such as Alteryx Power automate etc. will be an added advantage
  • 2 years of accounting experience with hands on exposure to Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables & Intercompany process
  • Good knowledge in business applications like S4 HANA blackline CMMS etc
  • Good upstream & downstream business knowledge
  • Logical approach Good analytical skills and Query handling Skills.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills
