Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home Join our team at The Onyx Hoover Apartments a premier residential community in the heart of Hoover Alabama. Were looking for an enthusiastic customerfocused Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents showcasing available apartments and community amenities
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate resident records and manage lease files
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Handle resident inquiries and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- Prior leasing sales or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
