As a Surveillance Agent you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our casino operations through comprehensive electronic surveillance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and observe gaming activities through advanced surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
- Document and report procedural discrepancies violations and suspicious activities according to departmental protocols.
- Conduct thorough daily audits and collaborate with various departments on investigative matters.
- Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of table games and gaming operations.
- Respond promptly to suspicious activities and security concerns serving as the primary monitoring authority.
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 6 months casino surveillance experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with CCTV systems and comprehensive knowledge of casino games
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and Word
- Physical capability to maintain extended periods of standing sitting or walking as required by the position
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain all necessary gaming certifications and licenses
- Working knowledge of basic computer networking systems and protocols

- Must successfully complete background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
