The Role:
- Full time Monday Friday No nights no weekends
- Family Nurse Practitioner will be working alongside a team of APPs and Physicians experienced in Functional Medicine
- Provider will focus on the root cause with patients
- Services included hormone replacement therapy sexual health services weight loss program aesthetic and cosmetic treatments
Background Desired:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Strong interest and desire to work in functional medicine
