Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Education: Spearhead efforts to engage priority populations through inperson and virtual cessation classes workshops and community events.
Ignite Partnerships: Collaborate with healthcare providers nonprofits and regional stakeholders to expand access to cessation resources.
Train & Inspire: Facilitate dynamic training sessions for partners and community members to build capacity for tobaccofree living.
Drive Innovation: Develop creative educational materials and strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
Champion Collaboration: Organize quarterly Cessation Workgroups and represent Adagio Health on coalitions to unify regional health efforts.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in public health Social Work Health Education or related field.
2 years of experience in community health outreach or program coordination (Bonus: Health policy experience!.
Stellar communication skills and a knack for building rapport with diverse groups.
A proactive organized mindset and commitment to a smokefree lifestyle.
Willingness to traveladventure meets purpose!

For over 50 years Adagio Health has provided health wellness and nutrition services across Pennsylvania. Today the organization serves approximately 115000 patients and clients annually. While womens health remains a primary focus the organization also offers reproductive health cancer screenings and preventive health services for others in need of care in a welcoming confidential setting. Adagio Health operates eight medical offices in western Pennsylvania providing clinical services and addressing broader health needs such as food insecurity behavioral health and care navigation. The organization also manages the Women Infants & Children (WIC) program in five counties promotes tobacco and vaping prevention oversees breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment programs statewide and delivers a range of clinical and education programs that support nutrition and overall wellbeing in local communities.
