Job Description
Were looking for a responsible compassionate Transportation Coordinators to join our team in ensuring residents make it to medical appointments and community outings safely and comfortably. You will play a key role in supporting the mobility and independence of our residents by coordinating and operating transportation services. If you enjoy meaningful work and working oneonone with individuals this could be a great fit for you!
Pay:
- $15.50/hour
- $16.75/hour if CNA licensed
- $0.75/hour shift differential for transports after 5:00 PM or on weekends
Schedule:
- Position 1: Monday Tuesday and every other Wednesday
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 1hour lunch break)
- OnCall: Alternating Wednesday evenings and weekends (see below)
OnCall Details:
- The employee not working Wednesday will be oncall for evening/weekend transports
- Minimum 4 hours pay guaranteed if called in for a transport while oncall
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must obtain or possess a ForHire Endorsement
- CNA license preferred but not required upon hire
- Ability to lift and assist with resident transfers (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
Training & Certifications:
We are currently evaluating the minimum required training to assist with transfers. While a CNA license is preferred we are open to hiring the right candidate and providing additional training where needed.
Employment is contingent based on a clear background check and a negative drug screen.
