Job Description
Student Radiology Technologist Summer Externship
Horn Memorial Hospital is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Radiology Technologist students. This paid Summer Radiology Technologist Externship will allow the student to observe firsthand the dynamics of radiology practice. Under the supervision of a Rad Tech student will learn how to communicate with physicians patients and coworkers gain experience with essential skills increase organizational and time management skills and collaborate with the healthcare team. This paid externship will last for 5 weeks and is full time flexible hours.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Radiology Technologist student graduating in either December 2025 or May/June 2026. Must be BLS certified.
Radiology externship students will be given priority for a career at Horn Memorial Hospital upon graduation. Accepting applications until May 9 2025.
Applicant must pass a background check health assessment and drug screen before hiring.
