How do you excel in this position
The Integration Specialist serves a technical role within the Integration team supporting other Integration Specialist in the design configuration and operation of building automation systems (BAS) and other lowvoltage control subsystems. This role provides support while developing technical skills building industry knowledge and working under the guidance of senior team members.
What are we looking for:
- Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Electronics Electrical Engineering Information Technology or equivalent.
- Two 2 years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Demonstrated knowledge of control theory automatic temperature controls building automation systems and other building systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building subsystems using various industry protocols (i.e LON BacNet etc..
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices such as Smartphones iPads etc.
- Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings.
