The Specialty Delivery team is looking for a Network Planning Manager to design how we will scale across North America.

Specialty Delivery is an emerging organization that executes delivery of small parcel and heavy/bulky packages across North America. We merge multiple service types to enhance the customer experience in communities which we dont currently serve.

The Network Planning Program Manager must be effective crossfunctional leaders. You will be diving deep into data while simultaneously thinking big building longterm strategic designs that optimize for cost coverage speed and most importantly Customer experience. You will communicate these designs and strategic visions influencing leadership across retail transportation operations technology teams and senior GSF leadership.

Influencer: Innovative leader that will identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
Leader: Lead teams to consistently deliver valuable projects.
Doer: Deliver endtoend operations projects working through the many obstacles along the way.
Communicator: Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams and write wellreasoned and datadriven proposals performing your own data analysis as necessary.
Problem Solver: Utilize exceptional problemsolving skills to work through difficult challenges.
Results driven: Take stretch goals and wow the internal and external customers with exceptional outcomes
Utilize exceptional problemsolving skills to work through difficult challenges Adjust network design/topology to account for constraints in the building designs and the real estate market
Introduce strategies to improve routing inputs to improve plan vs actual
Pivot approaches to allow for real estate limitations


5 years of program or project management experience
5 years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelors degree

2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
