JOB TITLE:
Housing Landscape and Maintenance
JOB PURPOSE:
Summer position to provide lawn care landscaping and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mowing & Trimming
- Watering; sprinkler repair
- Grounds cleanup; painting
- Minor maintenance around apartments
- Use of Utility vehicles
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous landscaping or lawn care experience minor home repair maintenance
