Job Title: Instructor Trainer 3 Technical Services Help Desk and Operations
Pay Rate:$61.00/hr.
Location: Austin TX 78751 (Hybrid On Site and Telework)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CT (excluding State holidays)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Instructor Trainer 3 to support technical training efforts for our Administrative Applications Grants Management System (GMS) team. This role involves developing and delivering scenariobased training both written and recorded for internal agency staff and external users of the enterprise Salesforcebased GMS platform.
Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the training strategy developing curriculum and delivering live and webbased sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and technology and the ability to translate complex information into clear userfriendly materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs (classroom elearning webinars etc..
- Develop supporting materials such as manuals job aids and instructional videos.
- Conduct training sessions on software solutions desktop support processes and IT best practices.
- Manage the training logistics documentation and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical content and align on learning objectives.
- Format and edit training content produced by other staff members.
- Support hybrid learning models and deliver sessions virtually and in person.
- Teach short technical courses evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials as needed.
- Apply principles of EIR Accessibility and understand assistive technologies.
- Research and recommend instructional vendors tools and delivery platforms.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience developing and leading training for cloudbased solutions (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite 2010 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and accessible training.
- Flexibility to deliver hybrid training and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Special Considerations:
This role supports the delivery of GMSrelated training content for both internal and external users. Candidates must be comfortable creating recorded materials live presentations and inperson sessions as needed by the agency.
