Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Instructor Trainer 3 to support technical training efforts for our Administrative Applications Grants Management System (GMS) team. This role involves developing and delivering scenariobased training both written and recorded for internal agency staff and external users of the enterprise Salesforcebased GMS platform.
Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the training strategy developing curriculum and delivering live and webbased sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and technology and the ability to translate complex information into clear userfriendly materials.
