We are searching for a Sales Consulting Specialist to focus on the residential side of the business driving sales strategies to the system and implementation at the franchise level. This position will work to collaborate with the Franchise Business Consultants to support our franchises ongoing sales success through a combination of analysis coaching training and creative problem solving.
What you will do:
- Conduct all sales inhouse training
- Sales Management Training SAPs Shifting Gears MMF Scholarship Gearing Up etc.
- Needed sales process training with the franchises
- Drive dynamic pricing
- Drive boxes packing valuation sales and strategies
- Drive same store sales
- Drive storage sales
- Help drive revamped sales process for long and interstate moving
- Work with franchises with a large gap between potential and existing revenue from a sales standpoint
- Assist with startup and first gear from a sales standpoint as needed
- Monthly/Quarterly webinars with the system on residential sales tactics to increase sales
- Weekly newsletter content on residential sales
- Work with CCT on franchises that need additional resources training support for residential sales this also includes call audits for the franchises
What you will bring:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to effectively present in front of groups
- Education Minimum 2 yr. associate degree and/or Minimum of 12 yrs. equivalent experience
- 3 5 years of sales experience preferred
