Join our EOC & Crest Settlements team as a Trade Lifecycle Analyst where youll play a key role in enhancing client experience and improving custody settlement. Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within our Operations Team you will be responsible for managing daily operations and mitigating risks related to custody trades including EOC Tax & LEI Rejects and postsettlement activities. Your duties will include handling exceptions ensuring the timely creation of reports and upholding high standards for quality assurance. You will collaborate with business partners and ensure that the team is always prepared for audits
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily BAU and operational risk of custody trades.
- Handle exceptions and ensure closure.
- Create and monitor intraday reports.
- Conduct research/investigations on systems.
- Understand product solutions for customer problems.
- Build team resiliency and backups.
- Address queries within SLAs and escalate issues.
- Perform EOD processes to meet deliverables.
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance.
- Ensure team is always auditready.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 1 year year in the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrate strong financial markets product knowledge.
- Possess subject matter expertise in Equities Fixed Income FX.
- Work closely with business partners and manage risk.
- Be flexible meet tight deadlines and prioritize work.
- Exhibit strategic thinking and practical .
- Communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Hold a Bachelors degree (business discipline preferred).
- Experience with tools like Alteryx Tableau UiPath.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
