The Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas is a beautiful hotel spa and convention center located in Rogers AR. We are conveniently located by the Walmart AMP Top Golf and the Pinnacle Hills Promenade and a short 20minute drive from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville.
The Embassy Suites NW Arkansas holds 400 tworoom suites an indoor pool gym a fullservice spa restaurant and offers an evening reception for guests. Pay Range: $18.00$18.90
Make a Difference:
The primary purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
TheSpa Supervisorwill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Schedule hiretrain andmanageSpastaff;
Maintain and inspect cleanliness and order of the Spa and lockerareas;
Order supplies stock and restock all Spa areas and dispensarieswith focus oncost control andprofitability;
Greet guests escort them to the Spa orient them to the Spaprocedures;
Promote spa services toguests;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests have an excellent spa service;and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Bring Your Experience:
Required Prior Experience:
Prior customer serviceand/or retail experience
Preferred Prior Experience:
2 years Spa experience
1yearsupervisoryor leadexperience
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Current State License
Physical:
Ability to lift pull and push up to 30 poundson a regular basis
Other:
Flexible to working days early mornings eveningsnightsweekends and holidays.
