The Amazon Alexa International team seeks a driven highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support 23 Directors within the Alexa International Tech Team AIT. The Executive Assistant will act as a seamless extension of the AIT Executive Team while also providing highlevel coordination with other Executive Assistant throughout the team and organization. Will partner with the Lead EA of the organization on special projects and to spearhead process improvements.
A successful candidate will be highly organized extremely detail oriented selfmotivated able to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge on how to work with an International Team while working in a fastpaced multi stakeholder environment managing evershifting calendars and managing multiple assignments and people simultaneously. Must have the ability to communicate well. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.
Key job responsibilities The EA is responsible to a broad variety of tasks including: Management of complex international calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones Manage expense reports planning detailed domestic and international travel Organize execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas allhands meetings offsites and team social events) Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team ranging from organizational communication mechanisms to planning business meetings Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on unresolved items Communicating on behalf of the executives directly with the leadership team and other stakeholders across the organization. Coordinating with the EA team on organizationwide initiatives. Have fun at work and help others do the same
2 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company Experience managing multiple calendars
