Position Summary

Were looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to support our local search accounts. This role is ideal for someone whos detailoriented loves problemsolving and is excited about the intersection of digital marketing local SEO and customer experience. As an Account Coordinator youll assist with the daytoday management of client accountsensuring local listings are accurate brand standards are met and client questions are answered quickly and professionally.

What Youll Do

Client Relationship Management & Client Satisfaction

  • Quickly gain knowledge for agencyowned systems and tools.

  • PC skills necessary for the efficient and accurate completion of all tasks knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Outlook are critical.

  • Continuously develops and demonstrates knowledge of DACs product offerings (digital and directional).

  • Provides administrative assistance to the Account Management Team and general support to manage the delivery of digital projects and office needs.

  • Serve as a key support contact for local search client programs responding to routine inquiries and requests with speed and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure clients are updated on project progress deliverables and results.

  • Document all client communications and assist with preparing agendas recaps and reporting materials.

Project Management &

  • Assist with the onboarding and syndication process for local business listings across major directories (Google Business Profiles Bing Places Apple Maps Yelp etc..

  • Monitor and manage location data accuracy across local websites and data aggregators using DACs proprietary platform.

  • Coordinate updates for business information such as hours photos categories and attributesensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Track the status of client deliverables and work with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist in QA of listings and presence data to confirm proper formatting categorization and overall optimization.

  • Support bulk uploads data audits and cleanup tasks for large location sets.

Program Reporting

  • Help prepare monthly or quarterly reports summarizing visibility listing optimizations and local SEO performance tied to business performance metrics.

  • Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations based on data from Google Business Profile and internal platform.

What You Bring

  • At least 12 years experience in an Account Service role

  • Experience in office environment is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and compare is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and not need constant supervision

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contractspecific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50000 to $60000 USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DACs total compensation package for employees.
