Support the analysis and optimization of internal logistics and material flow processes.
Create and update process maps layout designs and logistics flow diagrams using VISIO and CAD tools.
Utilize Excel Power BI and SAP to gather clean and analyze data related to internal logistics performance.
Develop and present dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
Participate in crossfunctional team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Assist in time studies root cause analysis and implementation of lean logistics solutions.
Document current and future state processes with a focus on standardization and efficiency.
Provide recommendations based on datadriven insights to improve productivity and reduce waste.
