Lakeside HR Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead and execute daytoday marketing efforts. This role will work in close collaboration with our external marketing agency and internal stakeholders to ensure all initiatives align with brand standards and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing within the professional services sector and a track record of successfully driving brand visibility generating leads and fostering client engagement. This is a rollupyoursleeves role with room to grow into greater strategic responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our leadership team and marketing agency to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support brand growth and client acquisition.
- Oversee the planning creation and distribution of highquality content including newsletters blog posts email campaigns and case studies.
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to manage digital channels including LinkedIn and other social media email marketing and website updates.
- Lead the marketing components of events such as webinars client roundtables conferences and community engagements.
- Coordinate the development and inventory of branded items sales collateral and marketing materials.
- Partner with the sales team to support campaigns develop leadgeneration strategies and update assets that support business development.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends competitors and customer needs.
- Maintain consistency in messaging tone and visuals across all internal and external communications.
- Serve as a connector between departments to ensure cohesive messaging proactive planning and of crossfunctional marketing needs.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Proven B2B marketing experience ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Handson experience with digital marketing content creation and social media.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business development through marketing.
- Comfortable working independently while managing external partners and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Constant Contact.
- Knowledge of SEO SEM and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
