Job Description

Orange Cyberdefense is the expert cyber security business unit of the Orange Group providing security consulting solutions and services to organisations around the globe. We strive to protect freedom and build a safer digital society. We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our team in the UK.

Working as a Sales Development Manager

As our Sales Development Manager you will lead and scale the SDR team to generate highquality pipeline through a structured datadriven approach. Youll own the of our MEDDPICCbased qualification process coach SDRs to excel in outreach and research quality and align closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise gotomarket efforts.

This is a highimpact leadership role requiring a passion for talent development performance management and process optimisation in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

Strong communication skills a passion for learning new skills and is exible in approaching daily tasks with the determination to get the job done are essential traits for this role .

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and inspire the SDR team to exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on performance skill development and career progression.
  • Manage SDR onboarding training and development through structured frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent use of outreach playbooks and qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Streamline SDRtoAccount Manager handoff for smooth opportunity transition.
  • Track team KPIs across outreach conversion and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide regular performance reports to sales leadership and identify growth opportunities.

What we expect from you:

  • 3 years of SDR/Inside Sales management experience ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategies qualification frameworks and sales development best practices.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Proven track record of building scaling and developing highperforming sales teams.
  • Analytical datadriven approach to performance and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication leadership and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
  • A passion for leading and developing top talent especially earlycareer sales professionals.
