Our Sportsbook Operations team is growing and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey!
As a Sportsbet Operations Executive you will be a vital part of the team dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for Sportsbet clients. In this role you will provide advanced support to Customer Experience Agents and assist other departments with various operational tasks.

Your daytoday
- Maximising customer experience by making sure navigation on the site is userfriendly and extremely fast
- Reviewing and updating customer accounts processing settlements and bonuses
- Secondlevel support for Customer Experience Agents
- Managing and monitoring different country regions
- Helping other departments with operational tasks
- Offer management activities
- Managing Sportsbetspecific live incidents (where applicable)
- Processing necessary changes to support Sportsbet domain management
Your background and mindset
- Good knowledge of sports
- Proficiency in Excel and competent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- A team player mindset
- Experience in the Crypto industry is a plus
