We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as AEU Quality Excellence Project Manager.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion in Quality Department. The successful candidate will ensure the effective planning coordination and of projects while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with crossfunctional teams. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for delivering projects on time within scope ensure disciplined reporting and support quality management events facilitate workshops and foster a transformation culture through creativity structure and strong drive.
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope goals deliverables timelines and required resources.
- Collaborate with the VP of Quality and their team to define project requirements objectives and key milestones.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect and consolidate data from various divisions across Europe for the Quality department.
- Organize and structure this data to allow the team to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding initiatives aligned with the Quality departments strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication & Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams vendors to ensure smooth project .
- Act as the main point of contact for all projectrelated matters addressing concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress providing status reports timelines and addressing any challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation of project milestones deliverables and change requests.
- Maintain a clear structure for evaluating project progress and decisionmaking processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management & Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration & Independence:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
- Additional Experience/Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analysis and report generation is highly desirable.
