Duties and Responsibilities:
Product:
Oversee the functioning of all product areas at
the location (Front of the House Back of the
House F&B Kitchen CoWork Experience)
optimizing all available opportunities.
Coordinate with the Country and Global
Product leads to ensure the proper functioning
of products at the location.
Ensure the location is adequately stocked with
necessary supplies and equipment.
Finance and Accounting:
Manage the locations P&L and reporting
ensuring consistency of revenue costs and
data across all channels.
Ensure compliance with local accounting
standards and legal requirements.
Ensure that accounting controls and systems
are followed at all times and are in line with
company guidelines.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable local
laws and regulations at the location.
Report any issues that may affect business
operations or cause disruptions.
Human Resources:
Act as the direct manager for all location
managers.
Lead and support the recruitment and
selection process for open positions at the
location.
Create and manage the staffing plan for the
location.
Ensure staffing levels are optimized to
maintain service quality and minimize P&L
impact.
Serve as the main point of contact for training
needs assessment and delivery.
Oversee payroll benefits and incentive plans.
Supervise the implementation of
environmental health and safety plans at the
location.
Revenue Management:
Ensure the location meets or exceeds its
revenue goals.
Sales:
Develop and manage the sales strategy for the
location.
Marketing:
Generate local partnerships to promote the
brand.
Create and manage the locations marketing
plan following brand guidelines.
Ensure proper usage of brand guidelines at
the location.
Experience:
Foster an environment that provides a positive
experience for all stakeholders (guests
employees and the community).
Ensure proper implementation of the locations
experience/programming.
Be present at the location to support team
members in delivering a great experience.
