Position : Executive Assistant to the CEO
Working Hours : Full time MF 40 hours per week) Pacific Time
Salary Range : $1800 $2000/month

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties including longterm and shortterm rentals and are building a highperforming remote team to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to residents and property owners.
Position Overview
We re looking for a toptier Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a key role focused primarily on managing the CEO s calendar and inbox coordinating meetings and handling administrative tasks and special projects.
We re not looking for a general virtual assistant we re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported a senior leader in a remote role. You should be highly organized detailoriented proactive and excellent at written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO s calendar including scheduling rescheduling and prioritizing meetings
- Monitor and manage the CEO s email inbox draft responses flag urgent issues and follow up as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas take notes and track action items
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zone
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support on special projects such as research presentation preparation and process documentation
- Serve as a gatekeeper to help manage the CEO s time and priorities effectively
- Occasionally assist with other team administrative tasks (file organization travel research vendor coordination etc.
What We re Looking For

35 years of experience as a Remote Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive (CEO COO founder or similar)
- College Degree (Business field preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and inboxes
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Selfstarter with strong judgment and a proactive mindset
- Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to shifting priorities
- Techsavvy: able to navigate new tools quickly and efficiently
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Teams)
- Experience in finance/consulting is highly valued
