We are a young deeptech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development engineering production to marketing and sales we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria we are born global and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Tasks
Were looking for a strategic thinker with empathy vision and a strong sense of organizational culture. Someone who sees HR as a key driver of business success and is ready to shape how we work and grow together.
- Shaping and developing our company culture in close collaboration with leadership and the CEO
- Designing and delivering initiatives that inspire connect and empower our people
- Overseeing all recruiting activities with a focus on quality candidate experience and cultural fit
- Creating and conducting trainings workshops and development programs that drive individual and team growth
- Ensuring operational HR excellence including contracts onboarding benefits HR tools liaison with authorities and coordination with external payroll services
- Partnering with other teams and actively supporting change and transformation processes
Requirements
What do you need to bring
- Several years of experience in a strategic generalist HR role
- Solid expertise in recruiting training & development and organizational culture
- Ideally a background in a startup or scaleup environment with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with fast growth and constant change .
- A trusted partner to leadership with strong communication and influencing skills
- A handson proactive approach combined with a strategic mindset
- A peoplefirst mindset business acumen and the ability to balance empathy with
- You speak and write in a way that everyone gets it in both German and English.
