Job Description

curriculum and managing the daytoday operational activities of the a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children areactively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Effectively guide teacher assistantsand resolve parental concerns. Coordinate and implement educationalcurriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentallyappropriate practices and early learning standards. Lead by example; encourageteaching team success through modeling and coaching. Plan individual andgroup ageappropriate activities to actively engage children and encouragesocial cognitive and emotional growth. Maintain frequent communications withparents through informal discussions progress reports and parentteacherconferences. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met. Ensure ahealthy classroom environment including maintaining appropriate hygiene andcleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Supervise teacherassistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following plannedactivities hygiene and safety standards. Maintain accurate records forms andfiles. Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuousquality : A bachelors degree in early childhood education a related field or a RANGE: $36525 USD per yearCERTIFICATION APPLICATION.
