Job Description
We have an exciting job opening for the position of Collections Executive at a leading Top MNC hiring for its USbased Soft Collection Process. If you are passionate about customer service and possess excellent communication skills this role could be a perfect match for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up on pending issues.
Qualifications:
- HSC/Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- SSC with at least 1 year of BPO experience is also acceptable.
- Excellent command of English communication skills is essential for customer interaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Additional Benefits:
- Travel allowance provided along with a home drop within specified boundaries.
- 5 workdays a week with 2 rotational days off.
