Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Finance modules ensuring seamless financial processes and ensuring compliance with business requirements. You will play a critical role in leading the functional implementation configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules with a focus on FAH and other key financial areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials with a special focus on FAH (Financial Accounting Hub).
- Analyze business requirements translate them into functional specifications and design solutions for Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AP AR GL FAH).
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financials modules ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop and document functional design specifications for RICEW components (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Workflows).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Provide expertise in financial reporting tools including OTBI BI Publisher and FRS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy required system components.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry best practices in all system implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years as an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant.
- Core Expertise: Indepth knowledge and handson experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) including design implementation and ongoing support.
- Oracle Fusion Modules: Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and FAH.
- Business Process Design: Experience in gathering business requirements and designing endtoend solutions that align with organizational financial processes.
- SLA and FAH Configuration: Proficient in configuring Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and FAH setups.
- Reporting Tools: Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI BI Publisher and FRS.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of financial processes accounting principles and industry best practices.
