Relationship Manager Motor Insurance
Overview: The Relationship Manager for Motor Insurance plays a critical role in managing customer relationships and driving sales growth within the motor insurance segment. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients identifying their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. As a key ambassador for the organization the Relationship Manager is responsible for educating customers about our various motor insurance products helping them navigate policy options and ensuring they receive the best possible service. This role not only involves direct interaction with customers but also requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance the customer experience. The Relationship Manager drives client engagement ensures proper account management and proactively addresses client issues all of which are essential to achieving customer retention and satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with motor insurance clients.
- Conduct presentations to clients regarding our motor insurance products.
- Identify and assess client needs to drive product sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Educate clients on motor insurance policies and benefits.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customerfacing role.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products and services.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw strategic insights.
