Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Manager Banking & Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities:
Manage banking account portfolios with P&L responsibility (Banking & Capital Markets experience required).
Oversee client management coordination and negotiations ensuring strong customer relationships.
Lead delivery for crossfunctional and nextgen technology projects (Cloud Data Analytics RPA Big Data etc. using Agile methodologies (Scrum Lean etc..
Drive growth in portfolios exceeding 10M 15M with teams of 150 employees (onshoreoffshore model).
Collaborate with solution teams to develop proactive business proposals and respond to RFPs.
Strong focus on P&L management operational efficiency and revenue/profitability targets.
Make strategic decisions on pricing resource costs utilization and operational spend.
Offshore delivery management experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Java Spring Web Services Data technologies.
Familiarity with nextgen tech: Cloud Digital RPA Analytics Big Data.
Behavioral Skills:
Strong leadership mentoring and people management.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Problemsolving mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Technology Business Accounting or Finance.
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record in growing portfolios managing large teams and meeting financial targets.
