Requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and use cases for readiness. Set up asset configuration and hierarchy across three instances as defined by the Data Governance Council and implementation partners.
- Should have strong knowledge of data management standards data governance practices data quality data profiling reference data management and business glossary.
- Must be wellversed in user management metamodel configuration license management backup and restore processes metrics traceability groups and platform integrations.
- Responsible for configuring platform access defining user roles responsibilities types and access levels.
- Design develop deploy and configure both custom and outofthebox Collibra workflows to meet business requirements.
- Create custom forms linked with workflows and implement data integrations using Collibra Catalog and Collibra Connect to ingest data from various source systems.
- Handson experience in web development technologies including XML REST APIs and JSON is highly desirable. A solid understanding of API concepts is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Appian 20.x+ versions, integration with external systems, and hands-on experience in designing workflows, rules, and interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using Appian BPM Suite. Design and implement Appian solutions, including process models, records, reports, and interfaces. Integrate Appian with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and databases. Optimize and troubleshoot existing Appian applications for performance and scalability. Implement Appian best practices, including security, authentication, and data management. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on Appian development experience. Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Records, and Reports. Experience in Appian plug-ins, Smart Services, and Appian RPA. Strong understanding of BPM principles, low-code development, and automation. Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, LDAP, OAuth). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cloud-based Appian implementations (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python for custom scripting. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc..
