Job Description
- responsible for sourcing and securing new retail tenants to ensure high occupancy rates.
- manage the entire leasing cycle from prospecting to lease negotiation and .
- maintaining relationships with existing tenants and acting as the main liaison for lease renewals relocations and expansions.
- conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on retail trends rental benchmarks and target tenant categories.
- coordination with internal departments such as marketing operations and facilities is essential to support tenant fitout and ongoing operations
- ensuring the timely collection of lease documentation security deposits and compliance with mall policies.
- prepare regular leasing reports and presentations for management
Requirements
- Experienced in mall leasing
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Speaking is encouraged
- Strong network in retailers
