Job Description
We have partnered with a prestigious real estate investor to appoint an Investment Analyst to its Dublin office. You will work with a highly experienced Director and join a team now actively investing across Europe.
Duties:
- Underwrite/reunderwrite collateral for real estate transactions and monitor portfolio performance
- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to management and investors
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to monitor schedules budgets and business plans
- Analyse and evaluate draw requests lease approvals loan modifications and borrower requests
- Assist on special projects including implementing new technologies to support the platform
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 13 years of experience in real estate investment/development
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent organizational verbal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
