Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Resilience Manager to lead and develop our enterprisewide resilience and continuity frameworks. This role will be responsible for ensuring the organization can effectively prevent respond to and recover from disruptions. You ll work across departments and leadership teams to embed resilience into our culture operations and risk strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Resilience Strategy & Governance:
Develop implement and manage business resilience continuity and crisis management strategies aligned with organizational risk appetite.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
Design maintain and test business continuity plans across all business units. Ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and other relevant standards.
Risk Assessment & Impact Analysis:
Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions dependencies and potential vulnerabilities.
Crisis Management:
Develop and lead crisis response frameworks and training. Coordinate incident response exercises with senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with IT Security HR Legal and Operations to integrate resilience planning and maintain effective communication channels during incidents.
Audit & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage thirdparty audits and resilience assessments.
Training & Awareness:
Drive a culture of resilience through internal communications training and awareness campaigns across the organization.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business continuity disaster recovery operational resilience or crisis management.
Strong understanding of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 22301 NIST COBIT DORA).
Experience conducting BIAs risk assessments and leading business continuity programs.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in coordinating crossfunctional teams during incidents or exercises.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Continuity Risk Management Security or a related field.
Industry certifications such as CBCI (BCI) MBCI ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent.
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) is an advantage.
Proven work experience as a cyber security professional. Sales Coordinator or any other similar role. Hands-on experience with any CRM tools. Experience in managing complex solutions. Organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. Degree level or relevant experience.
