Job Title: HR Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR person to lead our HR workstream implementation strategy. This role is crucial for our HR initiatives and will require a candidate with extensive expertise in various HR domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute our HR workstream implementation strategy.
- Strategize and lead HR analysts for Talent Management Rewards/Recognitions/Benefits Learning and Development EXPAT Strategy and HR Analytics.
- Design and implement the Day 1 experience for new hires ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding process.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package tailored for our GCC talent.
- Design and implement culturespecific and technical training and onboarding programs for our GCC talent ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.
- Implement technical HR solutions including HRIS and LMS ensuring alignment with our global systems.
- Serve as the lead strategist for Talent Management Succession Planning and Performance Management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR strategy and implementation.
- Proven track record in leading HR analysts and managing various HR domains.
- Expertise in designing and implementing compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems.
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to design and implement culturespecific training and onboarding programs.
