Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior SAP PM Consultant with 8 years of experience in Plant Maintenance specializing in Work Clearance Management Pool Asset Management Fleet Management module integration and strong understanding of core PM business processes. The ideal candidate will drive project implementations optimize maintenance operations and enable seamless crossfunctional collaboration.
Job Requirements / Qualification / Skills
• 8 years of proven SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience across full project lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in Work Clearance Management (WCM) setup and .
• Handson experience with Pool Asset Management and Fleet Management configurations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance notifications work orders task lists maintenance plans and measuring points/counters.
• Sound knowledge of module integration points with MM (Materials Management) FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) PS (Project Systems) and HR.
• Experience in configuring breakdown preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication problemsolving and client management skills.
Responsibilities
• Lead SAP PM implementations upgrades and support engagements.
• Configure and manage Work Clearance Management processes (WCM) including permits isolations and approvals.
• Implement and support Pool Asset Management functionalities ensuring optimal utilization of shared assets.
• Manage Fleet Management operations within SAP PM (including vehicle master data usage tracking and maintenance planning).
• Ensure seamless integration of PM with modules like MM FI/CO PS and HR.
• Design document and optimize basic PM business processes (Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Breakdown Management and Refurbishment).
• Gather requirements conduct fitgap analysis prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide expert advice on industry best practices continuous improvements and system enhancements.
