The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join Metcalfe Farms as an administrator based at the companys head office in Leyburn North Yorkshire. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks. The job will be to provides clerical organisational and communication support to the role is a fulltime position and consideration will be given to individuals who have previous aspects of the role include: & Recruitment Support:Organising and maintaining filing training records and office with the recruitment including advertising roles shortlisting candidates managing applications scheduling interviews and booking starter packs including contracts of employment for new starters and ensuring all the documentation is all new drivers are given all the correct uniform and driving licences and other documentation such as Right to Work the leaver :Answering phone calls emails and other forms of and assisting visitors or correspondence and distributing it to the relevant departments or Entry and Documentation:Inputting and maintaining data in systems such as databases or reports letters and other confidential information with staff training programs booking courses and tracking completion of required training records for and Coordination:Organising meetings events and calendars for senior staff or travel arrangements and accommodations for Service:Assisting clients or customers with complaints and directing them to the General a positive customer experience by addressing concerns in a professional The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and manage time Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for interacting with colleagues and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with office management to Detail: Accuracy in handling data entry reports and Skills: Ability to address issues and come up with solutions quickly and we will offer in returnCompetitive Salary depending on experienceCompany pension schemeOnsite parkingProfessional development
