Job Description
Job Title:Structural Welder
Pay:$25$30 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours:6:00 PM 6:00 AM (Weekend schedule includes Friday Saturday Sunday plus two additional weekdays)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking experiencedFitter Weldersfor a valued client in Sand Springs. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in fitting pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Extensive knowledge of fitting metal components to meet set standards and codes in the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
Proficiency in thermal cutting and welding processes
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret specifications and dimensions
Skilled in the use of oxy/fuel cutting torch and PlasArc machine
Ability to tack weld in accordance with code and within welding procedure specifications
Strong math skills and understanding of geometry
Selfmotivated and capable of leading tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to execute projects safely on time and within scheduled hours
Teamoriented with a collaborative work ethic
Committed to highquality craftsmanship and company values
Dependable and punctual with a willingness to work outside standard hours when needed
Must consistently maintain a fitup rejection rate below 5
