Job Description

As a Talent & Culture Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting the growth and development of our team. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support serving as the initial point of contact for Talent & Culturerelated inquiries and contributing to the coordination of training and compliance initiatives. Your proactive approach and commitment to cultivating an inclusive culture will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our talent and organizational programs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of Talent & Culture.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of T&C policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to talent management.

Team Member Assistance:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment in the Talent & Culture office for all visiting team members and other guests.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for team members seeking assistance with Talent & Culturerelated matters.

  • Foster effective communication and relationships with team members at all levels.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate in leading training learning and development initiatives.

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance team members skills and capabilities.

Compliance:

  • Manage compliance activities including tracking and logging Workers Compensation & OSHA requirements and all file retention.

  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment through adherence to safety regulations.

Culture Enhancement:

  • Create and input content for the property resource center that is reflective of our ENRICH values

  • Collaborate with T&C leaders to promote team member recognition and activities that foster strong team member engagement across the resort

  • Organize and participate in culturebuilding activities and events.

Hourly Rate: $27.00


Qualifications :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a Talent & Culture or HR setting.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of training and development principles.

  • Familiarity with compliance regulations particularly in the areas of Workers Compensation and OSHA.

  • Proactive problemsolving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spanish speaking & writing skills

  • Prior hospitality experience

  • Experience in California labor law
