Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and selfstarting Product Manager to join our Global Treasury Product team. The candidate will have experience in and good knowledge of the payments industry with an interest in understanding the platform and product architecture that helps to enable the processing of USD15T in transaction value annually.  The successful candidate will be a strong team player detail orientated and able to drive delivery and .  

Key responsibilities and Skills

  • Take ownership of Product delivery activities collaborating closely with technology and product teams across different geographic locations.
  • Apply an advanced understanding of Agile Scrum methodology to manage product development. 
  • Conduct analysis and gather requirements collaborating with internal stakeholders and end users to enable business value.
  • Design comprehensive use cases translating business needs into a successful product working closely with tech leadership to ensure alignment at every step of the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design teams on UI/UX Product elements to deliver a bestinclass experience for all users (internal and/or external).
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for your product and actively manage product delivery to ensure alignment with Visas overarching strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
57 years of relevant Product work experience in a technology led environment with a bachelors degree.
Indepth knowledge of payments industry (preferable).
Strong team player selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplines both written and oral.
Strong business acumen adept at preparing Product artifacts documentation and approaches for delivery and .
Ability to influence negotiate and drive results ensuring that timelines are adhered to and risks are called out early.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and successfully communicate tradeoffs to multiple stakeholders.
Ability to leverage AI tools to drive product and process improvements.


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138500.00 to 200700.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
