Job Description

Acquisition Management Support provides daily program analytical and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detailoriented management of records business research analysis and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer finance and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.


Qualifications :

  • Support acquisition portfolio oversight and PEO implementation guidance.
  • Review analyze and recommend changes to acquisition statutes policies regulations and guidance at various levels (OSD ASN (RD&A) PEO NAVWAR Congress).
  • Research and provide responses to acquisitionrelated policy and procedural inquiries.
  • Prepare and review key acquisition documents including Acquisition Strategies Decision Memoranda Program Baselines and Plans ensuring alignment with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF).
  • Facilitate data transparency efforts supporting the development of metrics and visualizations for assessing program health and risks.
  • Review and provide recommendations on periodic reports such as RDAIS DAES and Modernized Selected Acquisition Reports.
  • Respond to acquisitionrelated data calls and maintain an updated portfolio overview of PEO programs and projects.
  • Coordinate and consolidate executive summary inputs for decision reviews and other critical meetings.
  • Document summarize and track action items from acquisitionrelated meetings ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition templates and examples in collaboration with NAVWAR 6.0s Acquisition Program Structure Guide.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelors degree
  • Have a minimum of seven 7 years experience
  • SECRET security clearance minimum


Additional Information :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
