Get to Know the Role:
As a Lead Product Designer on the Payments team you will lead product design outcomes for several problem space teams ensuring quality and excellence across these areas. You will work collaboratively to explore user needs and create impactful solutions. You will report to the Senior Design Manager Fintech. The role will fully work onsite.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform:
- You will drive product design outcomes and strategic direction across teams by leading complex initiatives and ensuring solutions address value usability feasibility and viability.
- You will facilitate crossdomain function and team collaboration by driving discussions workshops and explorations to align and increase efficiencies.
- You will develop problemframing approaches design simple solutions to complex problems and seamlessly integrate multiple products.
- You will independently navigate complexities driving problem exploration solution discovery and delivery while helping designers in adjacent teams deliver better work.
- You will defend design decisions communicate results and their implications to senior stakeholders and support business/product stakeholders.
- You will produce visual designs that elevate quality consistency and user experience credibility using prototyping tools to create interactive and realistic prototypes.
- You will dedicate time to research the latest advancements experiment with innovative approaches and apply Service Design User Research Frontend Development Accessible Design or Design Systems.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You will Need:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process shipped work and influence.
- Experience working on crossfunctional product teams.
- Strong fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice.
- Experience coaching others in interaction design visual design or prototyping.
- Proficiency in mobile and frontend web standards development and tools like Figma Protopie After Effects. Experience in Service Design User Research Frontend Development Accessible Design or Design Systems is advantageous.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and experimenting with new approaches to enhance design outcomes.
- Provide a portfolio of your recent design work in English showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects. We recommend you provide clear context outline your endtoend workflow and demonstrate how you go from problem discovery to launch.
