About the Team
The Customer Learning team within the Scaled Solutions Organization provides evolving learning experiences for LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers to enable inspire and compel strong adoption and success.
This position is based in Singapore and reports to the APAC Manager for Customer Learning based in Sydney Australia.
About the Role
We are seeking an innovative customercentric professional with experience and expertise in customer program management educational content development and delivery of training to an external audience. This person will be a primary driver of product adoption through impactful training experiences tailored to diverse markets within a specific region.
A core responsibility of this role is designing delivering and refining engaging locally relevant learning experiences that align with LinkedIns global Customer Learning strategy. This person will work closely with and influence senior crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure global educational initiatives are thoughtfully adapted to regional needs ultimately fostering deeper customer engagement and confidence in using LinkedIn products. Collaboration is central to this role and this person will collaborate with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions including Core Content LXDs Sales Customer Success Marketing Knowledge Management Insights and more.
The ideal candidate is customer focused datadriven partnershipminded and has a passion for customer training and an understanding of adult learning principles. This person also exhibits critical thinking by identifying and resolving risks by strategically recommending structural program enhancements and clearly communicating the tradeoffs and benefits of different approaches based on impact to LinkedIn and the customer. At all times this person will champion the voice of our customers using feedback and insights to evolve our Customer Learning strategy and proactively deliver training solutions tailored to customers anticipated needs.
