Job Description
Join our Strategic Advisory team and contribute to highimpact projects across market research economic and demographic analysis development advisory portfolio review and asset optimization. Youll play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely consultancy reports helping our clients make informed decisions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market economic and demographic research to support client strategies
- Prepare highquality consultancy reports ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Assist senior staff with client presentations project proposals and submissions
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong industry relationships with clients and internal experts
- Continually update and improve internal databases for analysis and forecasting
- Work closely with colleagues to develop new consultancy products and improve services
- Ensure exceptional client service and proactively identify internal referral opportunities
- Meet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall business success
Qualifications :
- Strong numerical analytical and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property Finance Economics or related fields)
- Extensive knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail Industrial Residential Office Data Centres Life Sciences etc.
- Experience in market research economic analysis development advisory portfolio review or asset optimization
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint (GIS or Estate Master experience preferred!
- Ability to interpret key property economic and demographic datasets
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and selfmotivated approach
- Excellent organization time management and attention to detail
