Job Description
Bela Brand Bat is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to our management team handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including answering phones responding to emails and managing correspondence
Schedule appointments meetings and maintain calendars for management
Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations
Maintain accurate and uptodate filing systems both electronic and physical
Assist with data entry recordkeeping and maintaining databases
Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Support internal communication and assist in coordinating events or meetings
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
