We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a smooth experience with our services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and follow up on service requests
Provide product and service information accurately and efficiently
Assist in developing support materials and improving processes based on customer feedback
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Previous experience in customer service or support role 1 year preferred)
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in using customer service software and tools
