You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide onsite support for end users at both locations 1st & 2nd level)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and peripheral issues
Set up and maintain Windowsbased clients (installation configuration troubleshooting)
Assist with hardware replacements rollouts and upgrades
Support mobile devices (smartphones tablets)
Log and document issues in the ITSM/ticketing system
Act as backup technician covering the other site when needed
Qualifications :
Experience in IT support 1st/2nd level)
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 MS Office and Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WLAN/printers)
Valid driving license & willingness to travel between sites
Friendly customeroriented attitude
Fluent in English
