Role: WMS Specialist Manhattan or Softeon
Location: Louisville KY (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist with proven expertise in Manhattan or Softeon platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of WMS tools excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support optimize and enhance warehouse operations through WMS configuration and integration.
Key Responsibilities

Configure implement and maintain Manhattan or Softeon WMS solutions.

Collaborate with operations IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.

Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Support integration between WMS and other supply chain systems (ERP automation reporting).

Assist in testing go-live and post-implementation support.

Provide user training and create functional documentation.
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with either Manhattan WMS or Softeon WMS (minimum 3 years).

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows.

Experience with WMS configuration testing and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of system integrations and interface management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WMS upgrades or large-scale rollouts.

Exposure to automation systems and advanced warehouse technology.

SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
