Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Bromley BR2
Salary: OTE 65k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A leading independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices across Kent & South East London are seeking an experienced motivated ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy offices in the Bromley area.
This role would be best suited to proactive engaging individual with excellent professional standards who is looking to develop a successful career in Residential Lettings in a highly supportive environment.
You will be the type of person who is energetic determined and has the ability to build rapid rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You will have strong negotiation skills and a desire to be successful.
Lettings is a fast paced so you must thrive in a demanding environment excel under pressure and have a determination to build on the business that is already there!
Previous experience in Residential Lettings is essential and local knowledge would be helpful. Highly competitive salary; excellent commission; fantastic future potential.

Skills required for this Estate Agency Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Bromley and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
