About the role:

Redcare Pharmacy currently employs nearly 3000 people across Europe including more than 1800 in the Netherlands alone. About your tasks:
- Work as part of a 3person team with shared ownership of the endtoend Dutch payroll process.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1800 employees in the Netherlands including timetracking and bluecollar profiles.
- Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday.
- Maintain close cooperation with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support our growth journey as we scale up professionally.
Qualifications :
About you:
- 5 years of experience in Dutch payroll (international is a plus) ideally within a large or scaling company.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and payroll processing in the Netherlands.
- Handson experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS/ADP. (integration experience with Workday is a plus).
- You enjoy working with data have strong analytical and problemsolving skills and use Excel daily to support accuracy and decisionmaking.
- You bring a pragmatic mindset enjoy collaborative work and can work independently when needed.
