As a HR Solutions Analyst you will play a key role in participating in the projects implementation and supporting entities. Reporting to the Product Owner your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in implementation workshops and gain indepth solution knowledge.
- Assist in design workshops configuration and testing strategy development.
- Support data migration and monitor project deliveries.
- Collaborate on postGolive procedures and service catalog definition.
- Maintain project documentation and develop progress dashboards.
- Manage tickets for HR Solutions BAU.
- Provide L1 L2 and L3 support including incident management and complex issue resolution.
- Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings and produce monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a HR Solutions Analyst Business Analyst or Support Analyst.
- Expertise in HRIS implementations and Talent Acquisition systems.
- Strong data migration and integration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- iCIMS expertise is a plus.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
